Your team completes their profiles
Each person privately submits the information used to create their BG5 profile: birth date, birth time (if known), and birthplace.
Don't know your exact birth time? That doesn't automatically stop you from participating. We'll determine the best way to move forward.

We bring the individual profiles together to identify patterns across the team (strengths, communication, decision-making, energy, collaboration, and potential friction points), then develop your draft 90-day plan.

We put it to work
We meet for a live 2-hour working session to turn what we've uncovered into practical changes your team can use immediately.

Grief at Work
Grief doesn't stay home. When you're grieving a death, a divorce, a diagnosis, or even a layoff, it follows you to work. It shows up as missed deadlines, quiet withdrawal, and pressure to act like you're fine.
Grief at Work is a private 90-minute 1:1 session on how you're built to process loss, what you actually need right now, and how to keep working without pretending you're okay. Leaders can also book it for a team member who's grieving.

Questions leaders ask
Why birth data? Is this astrology?
No. It uses the same birth details astrology does, but it isn't a horoscope or a prediction. BG5 is the career and business application of Human Design. It turns each person's birth date, time, and place into a practical profile of how they naturally work, make decisions, communicate, and recharge. In a team, it gives everyone a shared, neutral language for differences that usually turn into friction. It's a tool for better conversations, never a label, a hiring test, or a performance review.
What if someone on the team is skeptical?
That's welcome, and common. Nobody has to believe in anything. I ask each person to read their profile and notice what fits and what doesn't. Their own experience is the final word. Even the most skeptical people usually find the conversations it sparks useful, because the session focuses on real working patterns your team already recognizes. No one is asked to share more than they're comfortable with.
What if someone doesn't know their birth time?
They can still take part. An exact birth time gives the most precise profile, so I'll first suggest places to find it, like a birth certificate, hospital records, or a family member. If it can't be found, we'll work with the information available and I'll note which parts of their profile may be less precise.
What's the difference between this and LaFew's Aligned by Design?
The Team Blueprint is a fixed-price package for one team of 3 to 12. Aligned by Design is a custom culture and climate engagement for whole schools and organizations. Many clients start with a Team Blueprint and grow from there.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
