Meet LaTia
I'm built to notice what's really going on in a room.
I'm LaTia Few. For more than 13 years I've led projects and teams, and supported the people inside them through burnout, friction, and change. Along the way I kept seeing the same thing: capable people working hard against their own grain, and teams built around job descriptions instead of the humans in them.
I know that pattern because I lived it. For years I was told I was too much: too direct, too passionate, too intense, at work and in more than one relationship. So I tried to shrink myself to fit. Then I looked at my own design and found out my Purpose is literally called Upheaval. I'm built to challenge what's gone stagnant and push toward change. The intensity was never the problem. I just didn't know how to aim it. Once I stopped shrinking and started working with how I'm built, everything shifted, at work and everywhere else.
In BG5 terms I'm an Advisor with a 5/1 Public Role, which in plain language makes me part investigator, part fixer. My energy works best when I'm invited in, not when I force my way into the room, and when I am, I dig until I understand what's actually driving a problem, then hand you a workable next step instead of a vague theory. My project management background means the insight always ends in a plan.
I've supported small business owners through LMU's Ascend LA program, co-facilitated a JPMorgan Chase-funded program for women and BIPOC entrepreneurs across Los Angeles, and built the self-discovery curriculum for Blueprint 2 Career so middle schoolers understand their strengths before choosing a path. Through LaFew & Associates, I partner with schools and organizations on culture and climate.
Whether you come to me for yourself or for your team, the goal is the same: stop managing around who you are, and start building on it.
This isn't a personality quiz. It's a blueprint for how you operate.
Personality assessments ask you to describe who you think you are. Your design starts somewhere different.
Using BG5, the career and business application of Human Design, I work from your birth date, time, and place to uncover how you're naturally designed to use your energy, make decisions, communicate, collaborate, and contribute.
But insight alone doesn't change anything. That's where my approach is different.
I combine what your design reveals with my experience as a certified Agile Project Manager to turn insight into implementation: clear priorities, practical strategies, and next steps you can actually use.
Know how you're built. Understand what needs to change. Have a plan for what comes next.
What you'll understand about yourself
How you make decisions you can trust.
Less second-guessing. More clarity about what's right for you.
What gives you energy, and what quietly drains it.
Recognize when you're working with yourself versus constantly pushing against yourself.
Where you naturally shine, and where you tend to get stuck.
See the strengths you can lean into and the patterns worth paying attention to.
How you work best with other people.
Understand what you need to communicate, collaborate, lead, and connect more effectively, at work and at home.
And most importantly, what to do with what you now know.

"The secret sauce!! I feel like I just received the cheat code to living a life of unspeakable joy."
Her biggest takeaway: purpose isn't a suggestion, it's an essential part of your existence that you must fulfill. “That you must fulfill resonated with me so deeply.”
