Intuition, health, and survival. Your body's in-the-moment awareness and immune system intelligence.
Root Center
Pressure, adrenaline, and drive. How you handle stress and whether you're in constant motion or need more stillness.
G Center
Identity, love, and direction. Your sense of self and how you find your path in life. Deeply connected to place and belonging.
How you're designed to decide
Your Authority is how you are meant to make aligned decisions. Most people are using the wrong method entirely.
Emotional Authority
You need to ride your emotional wave before deciding. Clarity comes over time, not in the moment. Never decide when you're at a high or low.
Sacral Authority
Your gut response is your guide. Uh-huh means yes. Unh-unh means no. Learn to hear and trust your sacral sounds.
Splenic Authority
In-the-moment intuition. A quiet knowing that speaks once and doesn't repeat itself. Learning to catch it is the practice.
Ego Authority
What do you want? What are you willing to commit to? Your heart's desires and willpower guide your decisions.
Self-Projected Authority
You need to talk it out. Hearing yourself speak reveals your truth. Talking to trusted others clarifies your direction.
Lunar Authority
