All sales are final

Every Unmask by Design piece is embroidered in small batches and made with intention, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please check the size guide on each product page before you order. Our heavyweight hoodies are cut oversized, and our crop hoodies run relaxed. If you’re unsure about sizing, email us at [your email] before ordering and we’ll gladly help you choose.

If something isn’t right

We stand behind every piece. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

Email us at Info@lafewassociates.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item and the issue

Once we review it, we’ll send a replacement or a refund, whichever works best for you.

Shipping

• In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days.

• Standard shipping: $8 per order (3–5 business days after ordering).

• Free shipping on orders over $125.

• We currently ship within the United States only.

• You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are made to order, so each pre-order listing shows its own close date and ship date. Pre-orders are final sale and can’t be canceled once the pre-order window closes.

Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items

If your order includes in-stock pieces and pre-order pieces, everything ships together once all your items are ready. If you’d like your in-stock items sent first, place them as a separate order.

Local pickup

Baltimore-area customers can choose free local pickup at checkout. Pickup dates, times, and location are listed at checkout and in your confirmation email. Unclaimed orders are held for 7 days, then shipped at the customer’s cost.
